Detective Seneca Shields, Sgt. Lewis Powell, Sgt. Juan Lugo, Sgt. Ty McGowan, and Sgt.
Shields claimed to have had oral intercourse with Hall while the cops were on duty at the police gym, after which they went back to their desks to finish the rest of the day. Patrick Magliocco and Larry Holladay, two further officers who are believed to have had a tryst with Hall, kept their jobs but were suspended.
David Carrick, who sexually abused more than a dozen women over the course of 18 years, has admitted guilt to 49 offenses, including 24 counts of rape. In relation to four counts of rape, false imprisonment, and indecent assault, the 48-year-old entered a guilty plea.
Following a report from La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole, the investigation was started.
The mayor dialed the police department’s human resources division and provided information on the charges against the policemen while citing anonymous sources.
When first learning that Hall had slept with multiple coworkers, Mayor Cole was informed.
According to an internal investigation dated Dec. 28, he told investigators that Hall informed him of Powell’s “large” penis and said she had intercourse with him while the two were at work.
